It is considered the first Yemeni feature film.. Written and directed by Yemeni-British director Badr Al-Harsi. The film narrates the details of a day in the old city of Sana'a.. through the Italian photographer Frederico and his Yemeni friend and assistant who falls in love with a poor girl who works (Manaqsha) despite his engagement For another girl from a rich family, the film faced many difficulties, including harsh criticism and an attempt to prevent it due to the director's refusal to make some adjustments in the context on the pretext that it offends Yemeni customs and traditions, such as some of the curse words used in the film. But the director was determined to keep the texts because they are a simulation of reality and not a vulgarity.
